Throwback Thursday

As the birth of baby boy #3 gets closer I was thinking about the first few days with each of my boys.  I had c-sections for both so I was in the hospital 3 nights. It feels like so long ago but I still remember every moment of those days … the good, the bad and the ugly.

Throwback Thursday

A few weeks ago for Throwback Thursday I posted some pictures with my grandparents on my dads side {Click here}.  Well today I finally got my hands on a few pictures with my grandparents on my moms side.  I know that they were sick early on in my life {especially my grandmother}.  But I do have some great memories as a kid with them.

Throwback Thursday

God, I was so stinking cute!  What happened?  I loved that skirt! I wish that I could still wear them!

Happy Thursday everyone!

Throwback Thursday

Happy Thursday! The weekend is so close!  We are headed to Hershey Park this weekend. I can’t wait to visit with one of my dear friends and then take the kids to the park for the day!  It should be a blast!

For today’s TBT, I dug up some older pictures of me as a kid.  I think that I was about 2 or 3 in the first picture and 4 almost 5 in the second one.  I guess I liked walking around in my underwear as a kid!

Throwback Thursday

I finally got a chance to go through some older pictures at my moms house this week so I have a stash ready for the next few Thursdays! Get ready!!!

This week I thought that I would share some pics of my sister and I. Who knew that we fought like cats and dogs? Well my parents did I guess.

God we were freaking cute.

Throwback Thursday

I can’t believe that we only have two days until our vacation begins! I am so excited for another week in Avalon.  We look forward to this trip all year long!  The boys spent last weekend packing up all of their beach toys, so I know that they are excited to get their toes in the sand.  So before I go into my crazy packing mode today & tomorrow, I thought I would post some pics from our previous years down at the shore!!!!

Happy Thursday!

Throwback Thursday

For Throwback Thursday I thought that I would share some pictures of the boys from April 2010.  Sean was just about 8 months old and Ben was 2.  The weather was finally getting warm again and we spent a lot of time outside! I am praying that the weather finally warms up for good around here. My boys love playing outside and they do tend to behave a lot more when they have some fresh air!   Happy Thursday

Throwback Thursday

I’m back! Sorry for the delay in postings but I am trying to get back to normal after 4 days traveling with two boys!  It was a fun trip and I will post about it shortly but in the meantime here’s a little picture to hold you over on this wonderful Thursday!
This is a picture of my dad and I dancing at my cousin Tiffany’s wedding in December 2001!
I’ll be heading to The Hotel Hershey and Spa this weekend! I can’t wait for my glorious {and well deserved} spa treatments!!! I will definitely be rubbing it in next week!  But I will only do that with kindest of intentions!

Throwback Thursday {My Grandparents}

I lost my grandparents when I was pretty young. Three of them I lost within a year of each other back when I was in high school.  It was not a fun time but I am so lucky that I had the time with them when I was growing up!
My grandfather, who I called Paley from the time I was a few years old, was the last grandparent I had for a few years.  I recently found this picture of my last Christmas with him back in 2000.  He passed away in 2001.   He was such a wonderful man, he always liked to laugh and play jokes, just like my dad!

Here’s a picture that I found of me with my grandmother, Paley’s wife.  She taught me how to play tons of different card games like Uno and Rummy! I spent many of my summers with my grandparents down at the beach in Delaware!  It was a great time that I will never, ever forget!  It’s funny looking at this picture because I remember everything about their place.  The only thing that changed over the years as the TV   The pictures, curtains and chairs remained the same!

I will have to find some pictures of my mom’s parents. I will have to raid her stash of photo albums soon.

Please continue to vote every day!
